Our resort recently went through a security company change to FTI. The previous company was not
performing well, and there was basically no security presence within the resort. As a result, the crime in the resort was beginning to escalate and the “word on the street” seemed to be this was the place to host illicit parties.
FTI came in with a proposal, met with the resort managers and CDD supervisors to understand the issues and devised a plan to aid in getting things under control. Even without a working electronic check in system (it is on order) FTI has made a massive improvement in the site safety and security to the resort. They are available, prompt to respond to nuisance calls, and seem to have an excellent rapport with locallaw enforcement. The community is extremely pleased with staff and performance of FTI.
